What Are Remote Hearings? How Do I use Zoom? What Happens at a Zoom Hearing? In some instances, the court may hold hearings over a video conference or phone conference. As much as is possible, a remote hearing will be conducted in the same way as a hearing in the courtroom. A judge or other judicial officer will preside.
